This is the softest of soft launches.

While we are still not sure about its viability, we are working on this serving as our default online presence for the time being.

While we are able to offer free memberships, those members would only have access to public-facing posts (which kind of defeats the purpose).

So, there is currently no method to have posts be private for free members (without also making those posts available to non-members).

Given the reason we are here instead of other online platforms (privacy and security), we are simply unwilling to post to the general public. This leaves our only option as a paid subscription (which, as usual, we have priced as low as possible)

If this is an absolute deal breaker for you, we understand. If you'd like, we'd be happy to offer a $1 off per month discount to the shop for paid members.
